1/2 a 100 cal tortilla (50 cal)
1/4 an avocado, mashed (63 cal)
1 boca chik’n patty (160 cal)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce (5 cal)
3 tbsp salsa (8 cal)
1 wedge lime juice (1 cal)
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped (5 cal)
Spread the avocado mash onto the tortilla then add the rest! YUM!
also:
1/2 cup sweet potatoes on the side (51 cal)
TOTAL: 343 cal
