Hey, remember when I made this salsa recipe? I’m kinda good at making salsa. So you should really try this salsa verde. It’s just as good! I promise!
Made this tonight for our chipotle shrimp tacos - it was AMAZING!

4 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and cut into quarters
1 jalapeño, de-seeded and roughly chopped
1 small onion, cut into quarters
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro

1. Put onion, jalapeño, and garlic in food processor. Process until chopped into small pieces.
2. Add tomatillos & salt. Pulse again until a saucy mixture. 
3. Pour into bowl and mix in chopped cilantro. VOILA!
