Chai protein breakfast drink!
Ingredients:
8oz water
2-4 oz almond milk
2 Chai tea bags
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes (I am pretty sure I used a whole tray)
Directions:
1. Steep tea in 8oz HOT water. put in freezer so it cools quickly
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
Note: don’t JUST have this for breakfast. It’s totally not enough calories, at all.

Banana-Spinach Smoothie!
1 banana
2 handfuls spinach
1/4 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tray ice
Super delicious! Also good with a scoop of peanut butter.

Banana-berry Biscoff Smoothie! - approx. 242 cal
So Biscoff spread is kind of getting a bad rap in the nutrition world. In case you don’t know what Biscoff is - it’s basically a spread the consistency of peanut butter that tastes like a Biscoff Cookie (gingerbread/brown sugar taste). They literally put Biscoff cookies in this thing. Sounds terrible, I know. But at only 88 cal per 1 tbsp serving and 6g fat, I am putting forward that one little serving in a smoothie will NOT wreck your diet! So here is my delicious breakfast smoothie I made this morning :)
Ingredients:
1 whole banana
20 blueberries
1 tbsp Biscoff spread
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Directions:
Blend, baby, blend! :)
Makes aboooout 8 oz.
