Chai protein breakfast drink!
Ingredients:
8oz water
2-4 oz almond milk
2 Chai tea bags
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes (I am pretty sure I used a whole tray)
Directions:
1. Steep tea in 8oz HOT water. put in freezer so it cools quickly
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
Note: don’t JUST have this for breakfast. It’s totally not enough calories, at all.

Today for #breakfast I had a #sweetpotato with #peanutbutter and #flaxseeds. Everyone in the office commented on how good it smelled as they walked by!

Hazelnut Cranberry Scones! Made for work tomorrow :)
Recipe HERE - hazelnuts were my own additions, and I added dried cranberries in place of raisins/currants.
