Happy Thursday. Either this coffee needs to be stronger or I need to still be in bed. I’m definitely over this whole “be an adult and go to work” thing. grad school, get at me!
I think Thursday is the true hump day to get over.
today is either legs day or core & plyo. I have not decided. neither sounds particularly enticing. I’m pretty apathetic about everything at this moment, as my face obviously shows.
