Raw/Dairy-Free/Mixed Berry/Sorbet!

Step 1: Use either raw cashew sour cream or just soak cashews (6-8 hours) and then blend with a little water. I used some raw cashew sour cream that I made earlier this week.
Step 2. In food processor, combine raw cashew sour cream, frozen berries, date paste. I even added a little stevia to make it a tad sweeter.
Step 3. Process and enjoy! :)

It seriously was the most beautiful color of purple!

Zucchini “taco” wrap
Almost raw, not quite because I used canned beans and canned tomatoes. But you could easily make this raw if you wanted to! Definitely vegetarian, definitely healthy, definitely DELICIOUS!
Used my raw cashew sour cream and homemade hot sauce (clicky) on it - YUM

DIY Healthy Hot Sauce!
Okay, there are several ways you could do this, but the method described below is the way I did it because of what I had on hand. In the future, I want to use sun dried tomatoes or even trying to use fresh raw Roma tomatoes (not sure how that would turn out….). I would also like to try, instead of Cayenne Pepper powder, using dried peppers like ancho or something! Rehydrate them in warm water and then blend it up!
Ingredients:Diced canned tomatoesCuminCayenne PepperGarlic PowderCilantroSaltLime JuiceMinced GarlicApple Cider Vinegar (not too much - just enough to give it a tang and make it saucy)Water (I didn’t need it but you never know)Directions:1. Put everything in your food processor.2. PROCESS UNTIL SAUCY!it’s that easy. I don’t give proportions or measurements because really it’s up to you! How do YOU want your hot sauce to taste? I went fairly heavy on the cayenne (BE CAREFUL) because I like it HOT, but you could definitely go light on the cayenne and heavy on other things! Experiment and enjoy!

Shout out to AddictedToVeggies.com - I’ve been loving your recipes! I’ve really been exploring raw foods and it’s been really fun creating these “staple foods” and honestly, i’ve really enjoyed NOT cooking (using the stove, microwave, etc)!
Give raw foods cooking a try! It’s pretty fun and very refreshing!
