Strawberry Banana Protein Pre-Workout PUNCH!
AMAZING. This shake is like candy, seriously. and with the pre-workout added, you get a serious PUNCH of energy for the gym! However, you could just as easily leave that part out if you are not headed to the gym.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1 scoop “vanilla ice cream” whey protein powder
1 scoop Beyond Raw Ravage pre-workout in Fruit Punch
6-7 frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 spoonful coconut oil
water for desired thickness
BLEND AND GET PUMPED!

even though I was exhausted all day, took a nap from 6-8:30 PM, and didn’t get to the gym until 9 PM….
I still hit it hard at the gym.
kept it simple (HA!) today with some floor work - weighted burpees, jump squats, planks, mountain climbers, & pushups. warmed up with a 1.5 mile run.

body appreciation post!
Even though I abused it this weekend on my work trip to Sacramento with California Pizza Kitchen, Elephant Bar, and a little bit of Tequila….I escaped with just being a little bloated!
Helps that I danced my feet off on Saturday night :)
Back to the gym grind tomorrow!

that’s IT.
Husband and I just bought a new (ACCURATE) scale along with calipers so we can figure out our actual body fat percentage.
and it’s not good my friends. it’s not good.
So this is me saying that starting RIGHT NOW, Operation GET FIT is commencing!!
STATS:
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 143 lbs.
Body Fat Percentage: 34-35%
THE GOAL:
To get that percentage down to a healthy range! 20-25%!
LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
