Strawberry Banana Protein Pre-Workout PUNCH!AMAZING. This shake is like candy, seriously. and with the pre-workout added, you get a serious PUNCH of energy for the gym! However, you could just as easily leave that part out if you are not headed to the gym.
Ingredients:1/4 cup cooked quinoa1 scoop “vanilla ice cream” whey protein powder1 scoop Beyond Raw Ravage pre-workout in Fruit Punch6-7 frozen strawberries1 banana1/4 cup almond milk1 spoonful coconut oilwater for desired thickness
