pre-workout fuel to atone for the terrible eating sins I committed last night.
apples with greek yogut/peanut butter & cinnamon dip.
now time to burn off that ice cream. and bread. and pasta. and chocolate cake shot. oops.

Had this for breakfast today - Museli from Bob’s Red Mill!
SO TASTY. Probably the best running fuel I’ve had!
1/4 cup Museli: 110 cal
4 oz Almond Milk: 30 cal
1 tbsp Honey: 60 cal
TOTAL: 200 cal

probably my favorite breakfast before I go out for my morning jog.
whole wheat 40 cal bread + 1 egg over medium = 110 cal
bread provides the carbs I need and the egg has the protein!
sometimes I have like a 1/2 cup of yogurt as well if I feel like I need a little more energy for the jog. :)
