Homemade Veggie Burger - approx 215 calories each
1 cup grated zucchini
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated potato
3 tablespoons grated onion
1 large egg white
garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground ginger
mix all together, pour half the batter onto the pan and fry until brown and crispy on both sides.
put the patty in a 100 calorie orowheat sandwich thins bun with a little bit of vegan ranch, a spinach leaf, and a couple slices of tomato.
this makes about two servings (two patties) (thus halving the batter in the earlier step)
VOILA! you won’t know what hit you. SO TASTY and filling!
