Strawberry Banana Protein Pre-Workout PUNCH!
AMAZING. This shake is like candy, seriously. and with the pre-workout added, you get a serious PUNCH of energy for the gym! However, you could just as easily leave that part out if you are not headed to the gym.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1 scoop “vanilla ice cream” whey protein powder
1 scoop Beyond Raw Ravage pre-workout in Fruit Punch
6-7 frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 spoonful coconut oil
water for desired thickness
BLEND AND GET PUMPED!

Chai protein breakfast drink!
Ingredients:
8oz water
2-4 oz almond milk
2 Chai tea bags
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes (I am pretty sure I used a whole tray)
Directions:
1. Steep tea in 8oz HOT water. put in freezer so it cools quickly
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
Note: don’t JUST have this for breakfast. It’s totally not enough calories, at all.

Banana-Spinach Smoothie!
1 banana
2 handfuls spinach
1/4 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tray ice
Super delicious! Also good with a scoop of peanut butter.

Green Smoothie:
1/2 a nectarine
1/2 a peach
2 handfuls baby spinach
1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
Purple Smoothie:
1/2 a nectarine
1/2 a peach
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup vanilla soymilk

Okay so this is the blender I got instead, and I’m so glad! It’s so much nicer and this one you remove the blade when you take it to go - the other one you didnt! It’s also much smaller and sleeker. Can’t wait to make my protein smoothies at school! It was more expensive unfortunately but I think ultimately worth it.
this is also kind of my reward for losing 13 pounds since school got out in april. 150 to 137! woop woop!
