My #lunch! I’ve been eating terribly so my body was totally craving fresh raw yummy fruits and veggies….so that’s what I got! #Snappeas, #persimmons, a #pomegranate, cherry #tomatoes, and a raw wrap. Best lunch and so so full… Didn’t even eat it all. #rawfood #healthy #vegetables #fruit (at Eureka Natural Foods)

one pan pasta.

12 oz whole wheat noodles
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 sprigs basil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
.5 to 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4.5 cups water

cook until noodles are finished. top with basil.
THAT EASY.

This sandwich though…. Super veggie sandwich from Golden Harvest Cafe. Spinach, grilled mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, grilled onions, dijon aioli, and cheeeeseeeee on whole grain bread. Heaven.

Dinner.I had broiled a pork chop, but after eating the sweet potatoes & veggies, I didn’t want it! 
1 sweet potato, broiled. Spaghetti squash & spinach sauteed in 1/4 cup chicken broth and a teeny bit of butter, seasoned with garlic, seasoning salt, pepper, & oregano/basil/sage.Dip is avocado, relish, teeny bit of mayo, and a LOT of chili powder. YUM! Perfect for sweet potatoes.
