155 lbs. :(
this chronic back pain thing is killin me. can’t exercise or anything so even when I eat even a little bit unhealthy, it all sticks with me because I can’t go burn it off. so tired of this, and so tired of being in pain.
getting an appointment at either UCSF or Stanford to see if they can help me. because there are zero back doctors where I live because it’s so rural. ugh.
I just want to stop hurting. and also to not be 155 lbs which is entirely not appropriate for my height and stature. just sucks.
I’ve been following “The Bizzy Diet” on Bodybuilding.com but I haven’t really liked it that much - kind of too easy if you ask me. so today, instead of doing one of the workouts on Bizzy, I just did my own thing with the husband. We declared today legs day and went at it!
Cardio: 30 min HIIT Intervals on treadmill: Run 1 min (6.5)/walk 30 seconds (3.0)
Squats: 55lbs, 12 reps/5 sets
Leg Press: 90 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Calf Raises w/ Dumbells: 15 lbs, 30 reps/3 sets
Leg Extensions: 45 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Seated Leg Curl: 45 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Felt destroyed at the end of it. Looking forward to the post legs day waddle tomorrow!
If you could change something about my blog, what would it be? different layout? more of something, less of something else? More fitness, less cats? More food, less fitness? more of everything? Thinking of making a separate blog for my cat lol so it doesn’t clog up this one.
