Well #goodmorning to me…after hardly sleeping last night and waking up bloated with stomach pain…..I’m going to go do some #deadlifts. what? what’s wrong with me….

cardio 2.5 miles, ~300 calories, 34 minutes
triceps dip 2x12
triceps pull down 2x12
biceps curls 2x12
assisted pull up machine 2x10
squats 2x10 @ 70 lbs
I was le tired so I didn’t do much weights today.
but Nero and Skrillex helped me power through some cardio.
