I’ve been following “The Bizzy Diet” on Bodybuilding.com but I haven’t really liked it that much - kind of too easy if you ask me. so today, instead of doing one of the workouts on Bizzy, I just did my own thing with the husband. We declared today legs day and went at it!
Cardio: 30 min HIIT Intervals on treadmill: Run 1 min (6.5)/walk 30 seconds (3.0)
Squats: 55lbs, 12 reps/5 sets
Leg Press: 90 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Calf Raises w/ Dumbells: 15 lbs, 30 reps/3 sets
Leg Extensions: 45 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Seated Leg Curl: 45 lbs, 12 reps/4 sets
Felt destroyed at the end of it. Looking forward to the post legs day waddle tomorrow!

down from 145 lbs to 141! pretty sure it was just water weight/bile from the juice fast, but still! nice to get that crap out of my body!
i’m 5’6” if you were wondering.
ready to hit it hard now :)

- 2: no. do not want to.
- 1: ....and slowwwly roll onto your side...
- 2: Do I have to?
- 1: and when you feel comfortable, slowwwwly bring yourself up to seated.
- 2: negative. staying on the ground. shavasana forever.
