Creamy riced cauliflower with cayenne peppered chicken
Sauteed Yams w/ Cinnamon

Crock-Pot Dinner! “East-West Barbequed Chicken”
This chicken was cooked on low for 8 hours with the following sauce (from the Crock-Pot website):1/3 cup ketchup1/3 cup orange marmalade2 tablespoons brown sugar3 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger1 clove garlic, minced




Underneath the chicken is some rice and stir-fry vegetables, which included:YamsCarrotsBroccoliSquashOnionsMushrooms

My friends and i had a sushi night last night, and it was the best! I’ve never made sushi before, but it’s actually really easy.

dinner last night.
baked butternut squash & yams.only about 215 calories and seriously, I was stuffed. I did eat an additional yam slice after this picture soooo…tack on another 160 cals lol.
SO.GOOD. didn’t even add any spices…perfectly tasty and amazing on it’s own.
